Four weeks before the program
Generally we look to buy the boxed flowers now - these are much more stable on tables than buying stemmed flowers and putting them in glass vase which can blow over in the wind. Aim to buy 1 x boxed flower arrangement per table and then make sure there is an additional 3-5 boxes for display elsewhere. We also looked to buy about $100 worth of stemmed flowers as they are handy for bathroom, sign and other display table decoration.

Minimum three weeks before the program
Send email to Blue Mountains Fine Flowers requesting a quote and once this has been received, make sure you confirm the order.
Step 3: Save quote and request invoice

Save quote to client folder and request for an invoice
Once the quote has been approved, this document needs to be saved in the client folder. You will now proceed in requesting for an invoice for the quote. When received, review the document making sure that all the information are accurate and then forward this to James for it to be paid.

The morning of the program
Given we like the flowers to be fresh, it's best to pick up the flowers arrangements the morning of the program.

Trust everything is going well! MyAdventure Group is excited to be hosting a corporate program in the Megalong Valley on INSERT DATE. We are keen to have some beautiful native flowers on display much like our previous programs - they are a wonderful additional.
Ideally we would like to order INSERT NUMBER of the boxed natives and then an additional INSERT COST worth of stemmed natives which we will arrange ourselves.
Would like like to do a pick up the morning of the INSERT DATE.

For every program you need to order:
1 box of flower arrangement per table + additional $100 worth of loose flowers
Note: The flowers may last for a month so you don't need to order every program. You can order again after a month for another program.
