Every tent in the camp has been assigned to a tent number. It is important that the numbers are in order same as the arrangement that can be seen in the tent allocation map document for every program.

Step 1: Prepare the number tags

Organize the number tags according to the arrangement of the tent numbers from the tent allocation map.
Step 2: Insert one rubber band in each of the number tag

Insert the rubber band to each tag so that it can hold once it will be tied to each of the tent.
Step 3: Attach the number tag with the rubber band in each tent. It should be in order.

Using the tent allocation map document as reference, attach each number tag to each tent in the camp. Hook it up in one of the loops outside the tent making sure that it is visible from the participants.
