Bathrooms & Showers

It is critical that we have the right number of bathrooms per program. They are quite expensive, so we don't want to over cater. Having said that, there is nothing worse than under catering!

Note: Before confirming a bathroom booking with Ensuites, always make sure that it is already the final one because the company will NOT REFUND a BOOKING!

Step 1: Determine budget for program

Determine a minimum of six weeks before the program

James or Operations Manager to use the overall budget and determine budget for bathrooms - based on previous programs

Step 2: Send email to confirm booking (Email Template: Confirm Booking)

Send email a minimum six weeks prior to program

This email is essential for us to confirm the date and budget and provide the team with approx, number of units we require. In the email, it's also important to confirm what we require in regards to the breakdown of toilets and the expected PAX and days we require servicing/cleaning on the units - if this is required. Make sure you follow up with a phone call so we are clear on the order request.

Important points to note:

Do not quote program by program. NEED TO REQUEST QUOTES FOR DATES ONLY. It is CRITICAL that we are clear on what we are asking for. We need to go to Ensuites on Site and ask for X unit for y days.

Step 3: Review the quote

Review as soon as email is sent back

Ensuites on Site will provide a quote for MAG to approve. As soon as Ensuites on Site email this through, it's important James and the Operations Manager review and provide any feedback. Aternatively, if there are no changes, ensure you reply to the email saying that you're happy to proceed.

Step 4: Save quote and request invoice

Save quote to client folder and request for an invoice

Once the quote has been approved, this document needs to be saved in the client folder. You will now proceed in requesting for an invoice for the quote. When received, review the document making sure that all the information are accurate and then forward this to James for it to be paid.

Step 5: Pay deposit

Pay deposit two weeks prior to program

Ensuites on Site require payment of a deposit ahead of the program. Ensure this is completed.

Step 6: Confirm bump in and bump out (Email Template: Bump In & Bump Out)

One week prior to the program

Ensure all details regarding bump in and bump out are sent to Ensuites on Site so they are aware when it's possible to be on site.

Outdoor Shower Units

Private double showers with instantaneous gas hot water, large shower head and spacious dressing area. These units have become a popular addition to our fleet, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of nature.

Luxury Shower Combo Restroom

Luxury Shower Combo Restroom is designed to insure the greatest amount of privacy and safety for users. Being clean, well-lit and air conditioned, the 3 individual cubicles all have their own hand basin, toilet, shower and changing area. Users will be able to relax in a hot shower, singing along to the featured music playing in the background, all whilst getting ready for the next part of your function.

4 Station Luxury Restroom

It's a spacious 4-Station restroom trailer has a delightful interior and promises a true first class experience, at the same footprint as our 3-Station restroom trailer. This unit sees the addition of an extra cubicle to the rear, without the compromise of space or comfort to your guests. Soft music plays in these generous sized private rooms, each with a flushing toilet, sink and Corian stone counter top with in-built wastebasket.

3 Station Luxury Restroom

The spacious floor plan includes 2 separate women’s suites and 1 men’s suite, each with a separate entrance. Alternatively, the larger of the suites can be utilized as a unisex suite, that can substitute as a family restroom or extra change room if required.

2 Station Luxury Restroom

This 2 Station Spa suite has two private bathrooms, each with a flushing toilet, sink, counter top, mirror and bright, ambient lighting. A urinal is also added to the men’s suite. It’s ideal for events form 100 – 130 people.

Black Label Platinum Ensuite

Black Label Platinum Ensuite is a full size bathroom with quality fittings built on wheels so you can move and position where you need. A full size shower, vanity, mirror, dual flush toilet, built in electric hot water system and plenty of room to move.

Payment Terms

The main payment method used in paying Ensuites is a Credit Card with 1.5% surcharge.
