Tent Allocation

For Non Corporate programs, a lot of couples and families are involved in this program so it is important to consider their companions to the event because we will be allocating one or two tents for them depending on their number of companions to the event. We will communicate with the  participants to confirm their companions and we may also refer to the Google Sheet Created for the list of participants.

For tent allocation:

1. For couples, we can allocate one tent for them.

2. For families, we can allocate a big tent for them that can fit three beds and the family can just share one tent. But if they're four in the family, we can allocate two tents so that each parent can sleep with one child on each tent.

3.  For individuals who will be joining the event, we can provide one tent for them but we can also inform that they will be sharing another tent with another participant.
