Beer Truck

For programs where we're looking for something extra special, we can arrange a beer truck or mobile bar to serve drinks on-site at Base Camp. We have worked with The Carrington at Katoomba in the past to supply a beer truck and kegs.

Step 1: Determine whether client wants MAG to arrange a Beer Truck for the program

For larger programs or programs where we want to have something extra special, we can arrange a beer truck or mobile bar to serve drinks at Base Camp.

Discuss Beer Truck with client and determine budget and specifics.

Step 2: Obtain a quote for Beer Truck

Our preferred supplier is The Carrington and Katoomba.

Contact Diane and request a quote for:

- date and time we want the Beer Truck at Base Camp - typically this is after Day 2 Adventure Activities from 4-7pm.

- number of kegs - rule of thumb for number of kegs is 2 kegs for 80 PAX.

- specific alcohol - we love to support local Blue Mountains businesses including Mountain Culture Beer Co, Blue Mountains Brewery, Hillbilly Cider and Bilpin Cider.

- any other particulars needed - wait staff, glassware/ cups, bar stools and tables, ice bags, etc

Step 3: Advise the client with cost and inclusions

client to pay beer truck directly, MAG does not take a margin on this?

Step 4: Confirm the Beer Truck

Confirm with XXX that the client wants to proceed

Programs with PAX <20 = Dinner $40 pp // Breakfast $20 pp

Programs with PAX > 20 = Dinner $40 pp // Breakfast $25 pp
