Empress booking conditions are as follows:
2 x slots can be booked before 11:30
2 x slots can be booked between 12:30 – 15:00
1 x slot can be booked after 16:00
The 12noon and 3.30pm slots are blocked-out (for recreational users).
One operator can book a max of 5 trips in one day
Weekdays and weekends are treated the same.
Digirez has been modified in order to combine the three Empress Canyon time periods ( i.e. before 11.30am, 12.30-3.00pm and after 4.00pm, which were previously on three separate tabs) into one time period (i.e. from 8.00am to 8.30pm, on one tab), hopefully making it a better and more efficient experience to make bookings.
As previously in Digirez, the 12noon and 3.30pm slots cannot be booked (they are blocked-out in this new-look version).
All existing bookings have been migrated across into the new-look version and will be visible once you’ve logged-in.
Only canyons need to be booked using the Rezdy system
If using other sites, make sure you check our current Commercial Recreation and Tour Operator Licence to ensure we have permission to run activities in other regions
If we do not have permission, we may need to apply for an exemption.
Numbers need to be reported in the quarterly reporting in the iMAG Head Office.
