These are the task lists required to be completed when clients have returned to site and the time prior to, and during dinner.

☑️ Make sure the cheese platter is stocked up and restocked as required
☑️ Serve hot towels to clients as they begin to return from the canyons
☑️ Encourage clients to shower and play games around the fire
☑️ Make sure the water jugs are topped up to get through the evening and the next morning
☑️ Ensure the fire is well maintained
☑️ Fold napkins
☑️ When dinner is ready, assist caterer with taking food to the tables
☑️ Ensure there is always drinking water in bottles on the tables
☑️ Clean plates away from tables and move to the washing up area.
