We use Coles to organise a number of items for a program including:
Client cheese platters/ nibbles
COVID safe - masks, sanitiser
Staff snacks
Non-alcoholic drinks
Cleaning products

Commence compiling a shopping list a minimum of fours week prior to program
Create the shopping list based on the number of clients/size of program. This Base Camp food quantities spreadsheet is helpful.
Order a minimum of one week prior to program
Make sure you have the order delivered to James' house the day before the program OR complete a Click & Collect with a team member picking up the order the day before.
Coordinate for the Coles Order to be taken to site (whether it was delivered to James' or picked up by a staff member)
Store the cheese platter ingredients and lunch snack items in the small fridge. Keep the soft drinks, juice and milk are on ice in eskies.
