This system will guide you on how to setup the washing up station. We usually get our water source from the farm water through the taps at the back of the site.
3 x washing up tubs
3 x washing up trays
Washing up stuff from box 7 (see below)
Ensure Toilet contractor has run hose to wash area****
4 x dishwashing trays
2 x steal scrubbers
3 x yellow scrubbers
1 x washing up liquid (2 halves)
1.5 rolls of hand towels
Half roll of chux
1 x dishwashing gloves
Our water source can be unreliable (as far as the color that comes out of it) that's why we need to filter it. It runs through a hose into the toilets. Out of the blocks, connected to the toilet, that's where we get hot water from (indicated by color red) and this is what we run over to the washing station. Make sure to turn it on and you'll hear it start to flow.
We also have a cold water tap (indicated by color blue). We run it on any drinking water plugged into the hose through a filter.
The hose is quite long so where get it to is a good spot to have your dishwashing station
Do not setup the station before you know where the hot water is gonna reach
The number of racks depends on the amount of space you have in the station or how many you need
The first tub is where you get rid off all the dirt. The second tub is for cleaning with hot water and dishwashing liquid in it. The third tub is for your hot rinsing tub.
Among the three tubs, the second (cleaning) and third (rinsing) tubs will have the clean washed plates, glasses and cutleries
