When it comes to ensuring that wages are paid on time, staff timesheets play a critical role. They are more than just a record of hours worked; they are a tool that enables accurate payroll processing,

To ensure that the payroll process is efficient and everyone receives their wages on time, it’s vital that all staff prioritize submitting their timesheets by the specified deadlines.

Logging Hours:

In order for us to process the staff pay, staff needs to complete their hours worked in XERO.

How to log their hours:

1. Accept invite from XERO (you will have received an invite via email. If you do not have this - please email @Marielle Buscato and ask her to resend the invite).
2. Download XERO ME app on phone.
3. Review steps HERE on how to create monthly timesheet (here's a video on how to log your timesheets WATCH NOW
4. Once you have logged all your hours for the month, make sure you SEND the draft so that I can approve the timesheet.

Email template to send to base Camp staff re: recording hours

Hi Team,

Thank you once again for your awesome-ness this month. Base camp is looking INCREDIBLE!

Couple of things:

1. New staff (that haven't worked for MAG before)

Marielle has emailed you your employment pack. Please can you sign the letter of employment and complete the google form (with employment details) ASAP! We are waiting for you so we can process all teams' pay.
If you can't find it, please send @Marielle Buscato an email

Please email me all receipts for expenses incurred for reimbursement
You will be paid at end of month at your hourly rate (once we have packed up base camp)

4. Uniforms

I believe some of you may have taken home some hats. t shirts and jackets home with you. If you have, can you a) let us know what you have! b) please return them we have another big program next week and need them!
