Please be very careful as all the frame components are made of iron and are heavy. Please make sure to keep the tent away from fire.
STEP 1: Open the tent and frame carefully and verify all the parts are included as per the images.
STEP 2: Lay down the frame parts as per the image
STEP 3: After placing the frame according to the picture, screw the bolts tightly to assemble it into one piece.
STEP 4: After tightly securing the frame with bolts and nuts, place the tent roof on top of the frame and stretch all the ropes straight.
STEP 5: After straightening the ropes, on a distance of 4 to 5 meters from the tent roof, place the iron pegs and pitch them in the ground with the hammer.
The four corners of the tent will have double ropes, hence the double iron pegs will be used for corners
STEP 6: Once the iron pegs have been pitched, tie a good strong knot on just the corners of the tent rope with the iron pegs. (Every corner will have two ropes)
The rest of the ropes are to be know when the frame has lifted the roof.
Please note there would be two lenghthy , easily differentated ropes in the middle of the tent. These are not to be tied with the iron pegs)
STEP 7: After the tent roof corner ropes have been knotted, lift the tent roof with manpower of any reinforcement to put the frame top handle in the middle hole of the roof.
After inserting the frame handle in the tent roof, straighten the frame in a standing position,
STEP 8: Once the frame is standing, with the help of a reinforcement (Table of man power), the frame doors will be connected with the frame.
Please be very careful with these steps, as the tent frames are quite heavy and would require strenghth to lift.
STEP 9: Once the frame is standing with the tent roof, tie all the knots of the ropes with the iron pegs.
STEP 10: Once all the rope knots are tied with the iron pegs, attach the walls with the roof, make sure to insert the iron stick inside the roof hole opening, and attach the walls firmly from inside using ribbon interlocking.
STEP 11: Attach the walls together by their ends, through the interlocking system given at the ends of the walls.
STEP 12: Once the walls have been connected with each other and have been secured by the interlocking system, give all the ropes a good pull to stretch out the tent roof
STEP 13: Once all the ropes have been pulled and the tent roof roof is all stretched out, from the inside of tent, stretch out the tent walls to make the appearance of the tent firm.
STEP 14: Once the tent walls are stretched out, and the tent is totally firm, lay down the groundsheet and attach with the velcro.
