Step 1: Determine program dates, PAX and laundry items

Determine dates the program will be running, number of attendees (PAX) and the laundry items that will be required to be cleaned.

Before we can contact Blackheath Laundrette, we need to determine guest departure dates, number of attendees, and which laundry items will need to be cleaned. 

Step 2: Advise Blackheath Laundrette of laundry drop off dates, items to be laundered and required pick up

Call Blackheath Laundrette to advise of drop off dates, items to be laundered and required pick up dates. 

Using the contact details below, call Blackheath Laundrette to advise.  If MAG are running back back to back programs be sure to give Blackheath Laundrette as much notice as possible.

Step 3: Drop off laundry items and organise payment

Pack all laundry items in the yellow cotton laundry bags at Base Camp and drop off to Blackheath Laundrette. TBC do we usually pay on drop off or pick up?

At Base Camp there will be some large yellow cotton laundry bags to load all the dirty laundry into. Once all loaded, drop the laundry off to Blackheath Laundrette. If you drive your own vehicle to drop off or pick up Laundry, check out the Employee FAQ's on how to claim for reimbursement for work related travel.

TBC Payment will be organised on drop off/ pick up using a company credit card/ employee reimbursement.
