We are handling a lot of individuals from different locations in Australia for Non Corporate Programs. Some of them are flying in to Sydney and are arriving at the Sydney Domestic Airport and some take the train, arriving at the Central Station. MAG has arranged for bus transportation to pick up participants from these two designated pick up points. The buses will arrive at the pick-up point promptly at the scheduled time, so it is important to remind participants about this to not miss the bus.
MAG has booked all the buses from Fantastic Aussie Tours. A few days prior to the pick up date, we will contact them to request for the contact details of their designated driver for the specific pick up location. Simultaneously, pick ups have been arranged in these locations:

Participants arriving at the Sydney Domestic Airport are advised to wait in the minibus and parking area between terminals in the airport.
Note: The bus company decides the pick up area at the Sydney Domestic Airport.

Pick-Up Point: Meet up at T3 minibus and coach parking area as this area is less congested and can be reached easily from T2 or T3.
Note: If your group is arriving via T2 you will need to walk through the carpark located between Terminals 2 & 3 toward T3. From here they will see the coach & minibus area located next to the valet parking.
In case you are not available during the pick-up time, you may have to arrange your own transportation to reach the venue.
