This is where we need to talk about diving the clients into group based on their medical and indemnity form. We also need to talk about the spreadsheet that is created and how we label the groups based on the Canyon names that they will be assigned to.
The groups are then recorded on the master WETSUIT documentÂ
This needs to be done a mimimum of one week prior to the program.

Divide the groups a minimum of one week prior to the program.
James or the Events Manager will look through the Medical and Indemnity Forms to identify the people who are less experienced and experienced in outdoor, abseiling and swimming.

Create group names based on the Canyon names that they will be assigned to.
For a large group, they can be divided into 3 groups. The Grand, Empress, Walking groups.

Depending on the staff that were hired per program, we will be assigning the guides to the groups.
Ratio is 34 Pax : 7 Guides.
