Step 1: Place the rolled the towels on a tray

Depending on the weather, we offer cold towels on a hot day and hot towels on a cold day. We usually precool or preheat them before clients arrive

Step 2: Offer the towels to clients using tongs

Make sure to get tongs when you give them to clients so you wont be touching it—just to keep it sanitary
