Step 1: Keep an eye on the breakfasts buffet table to make sure everything is topped up

If there are any empty trays or other food containers, make sure to refill the food for the participants. In cases where are you are already low on certain food, head out to the kitchen tent and inform the caterer so that he can top it up.

Step 2: Remove any empty plates, trays or other food containers from the buffet table

Once you notice that there are any empty plates from the buffet table, you can remove this and transfer to the washing station.

Empty plates might not be pleasing to see on the table for the clients so always make sure that everything is still presentable.
