How many tents will you be supplying? When can I provide latest list for tent allocations. 

 Last year, we allocated 2 persons in 1 tent. We can supply more than 30 tents. Yes, you can provide me with the list of your preferred tent allocations. I checked the forms, we have 77 participants in total? 

Expected delivery is Friday 15th of Nov to Cas’ house in Black Heath. Would you like me to also get the coles order for soft drinks delivered to same location and on same date? 

 Yes, that would be fine, it can all be delivered in Base camp. Thank you. 

Our custom branded t-shirts are available to be shipped. Last year we got them delivered to our DUAL office and then labelled them and put them together with the merch bags we prepared.

As we aren’t preparing merch bags this year and it’s all done through MAG, would it be easier if we get them directly shipped to Black Heath, and if I give you the tent allocation list, and their t-shirt sizes would you be able to sort this for us and place the tops with the gift packs for when guests arrive?

Yes, it's fine Kelsey. I'll tell James about this and ask one of our staff to prepare the shirts together with the other merchs. 

Is this still going ahead? Do we need to provide a list of suggestions of what we would like filmed 

Yes, we have already contacted the videographer/photographer. It's been confirmed. It's the same as last year. 

Can you provide football, soccer balls as well as jenga and frisbee for base camp for guests?

I'll talk to James about this. I'm not sure if we have soccer balls available. I'll get back to you on this. 

Are we able to have snacks put out for post dinner. People are very hungry after the activities and stay up after dinner drinking so extra food is needed. Would you like me to order these? 

Yes, that would be fine too. You can also have those delivered to James' Address. Does it need refrigeration? 

Seating set up? How is this organised.

We don't have any seating arrangement but if you prefer to have one, we can organize it. We can provide round tables and trestle tables. If you have any preferred group for every table, we can allocate them.

Has everyone been grouped into activities? I have a list of those who attended last year and what activities they did. If we could arrange for them to be in something different.

Yes, we will be allocating them to the adventure activities, we haven't finalized this yet. We also asked the participants to indicate in their forms if they have previously did canyoning. We will base it from there.

Do I need to help with any of the entertainment side of things?

We have already booked the musician - All good on our end. Thanks.

Do you have go pros or waterproof covers for iPhone for guests to get footage for us?

We have a videographer on site but James/Guides might also get some footages or photos. We don't have go pros or waterproof covers.
