Day 2 - Pre Rise & Shine

These are the task lists required to be completed before waking the clients for rise and shine.

☑️ Turn on hot water urn

☑️ Use the hot water urn in the mess tent

☑️ Clean bathrooms and showers – wipe down inside the shower and the floor, give the toilet bowl a quick once over and also wipe down the bench top and sink

☑️ Clean up inside the kata tent - normally there is rubbish and bottles, and lots of dirty dishes to put in washing up area

☑️ Tidy up around the fire pit – normally there is rubbish and bottles, and lots of dirty dishes to put in washing up area

☑️ Make the chai tea (See instructions)

☑️ Make coffee and fill coffee urns (See instructions)

☑️ Set up the tea & coffee station

☑️ Set up breakfast table

☑️ Heat up gas oven & cook breakfast (Robs instruction)

☑️ Set up lunch buffet table

☑️ Move water station be next to lunch table

☑️ Prepare kata tent in the morning
