My Adventure Group gets welcome notes printed with some key info in there, and then we hand write the note to add a personal touch.
We hand write:
'To/ Dear XXX', and
'From XXX'
Generally the 'From' is the Base Camp Managers name, however sometimes James will write his name.

Check the tent allocation map document since this is where you will find all the clients names and to which tent they are allocated to.
Start with the first name you see in the tent allocation map so that the cards will be in order once you start handing them out in the tents.
Grab the welcome cards and make sure you have enough cards for the number of participants for the program.
You will find this in a box or you can ask ask James where to find the cards.
Firstly, write "Dear (Name of participant)," in the topmost middle area of the card. Secondly, write in the bottom right of the card, "From Cas and (Base Camp Manager's name)"
When writing the welcome note, make sure to make your handwriting neat and clear.
After you have written the welcome note on the cards, you can now start organizing the cards in order based on the tent allocation map for the tent rows.
Start with the first row you see in the tent allocation map document. Followed by the second, third, fourth rows until you have completed everything.
Here's a step by step video on how to write the welcome notes:
