During Day 2 of the event, the tables for dinner need to be set up inside the kata tent. For this dinner service set up, we will use rectangle table with black table cloth. We also need to add table decorations such as dried flowers and lights. Moreover, salt and pepper also need to be placed on the tables.
Rectangle tables
Black table cloth
White plastic foldable chairs
Dried flowers for decoration
Lamp for candle lights
Salt and pepper containers
Position the tables inside the kata that the participants can still go all around the area and make sure that people aren't seating too close to the posts and to the speakers. Add the table cloth to each of the table.
There are a lot of things in the kata that can possibly distract or hurt participants so make sure that the tables are placed from a distance from these things.
For every rectangle table, add 6 white plastic foldable chairs. Arrange it in a way that the chairs aren't too close from each other.
Check the chairs if they're all clean before the participants start seating in these chairs.
After you have arranged the table and chairs in the kata tent, it's now time to add the dried flowers, lamp for the candle light and the salt and pepper containers.
Refer to the images below for your reference of the preferred arrangements of the decorations.
