My Adventure Group prepares welcome packages for clients. These packages are prepared individually and items depend on the orders of the clients. In cases where clients order merchandise, we include it in the welcome packages. Otherwise, we only give them books.

Step 1: Get a book and other merchandise ordered by the client

This is usually prepared before client arrival
The welcome package items vary depending the merchandise ordered by the client but usually we have the book, sleeping mask, and earplugs.
Step 2: Cut the edges of the ribbon at an angle

This will prevent fraying at the ends and make the package a lot prettier
Step 3: Organise the items

Place the smaller items on top of the book. Usually the earplugs are hidden behind the eye mask and make sure the mask is facing one way (bottom part facing outside)
Step 4: Tie the ribbon nice and neatly

Other things that go in the tent would be shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap
Step 6: Place all wrapped packages in a tray or paper box

When packages are nice and ready, we put the welcome packages together with the welcome note in a paper box so its easier to carry around the tents
