May 1, 2022
In the three years that I’ve been part of the Robious community, one thing has been abundantly clear. Robious is a very special place with amazing staff, students, and community members. May 2-6 is Teacher Appreciation Week and an opportunity for us to celebrate the amazing teachers at Robious Middle School. Please take a moment this week to honor and appreciate the outstanding job done by the teachers at RMS.
The library would like to thank all of the wonderful volunteers that helped with the book fair and the students and families that shopped at the book fair. This support of the library will help us add new titles to the library that we are excited to share with our students! Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Manning
A message from the PTA: Teacher and Staff Appreciation week is here! The PTSA is excited about the events we have planned for each day. All of this is made possible by RMS parents that have supported the PTSA with their membership and donations to the Raider Fund- Thank You! Check our FB page for updates throughout the week. We also encourage each family and student to take a minute to write a thank you note to the teachers and staff members that have made a difference for you. Click HERE for a PTA template to get you started.
8th Grade Dance Update: We are in the final week of preparations for the 8th Grade Dance! Ticket distribution will only be on Wednesday May 4th and Thursday May 5th. Students only need to bring a signed permission form during lunch to receive a ticket. The cost to attend is now $0 thanks to generous parent donations! No tickets will be distributed the day of the dance. We also have a few last minute items that we would like to borrow from RMS families and return after use. Please review the linked form https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050A48A5A823A5FD0-8thgrade and sign up to drop off items at RMS by Thursday, May 5th. Please label it with your name and PTA 8th Grade Dance. Additionally, if you are interested in chaperoning or helping with set up/clean up for the dance, please email Julie Seitz at julieannseitnelson@gmail.com. Let’s Go Raiders!
Please give a warm welcome to Ms. Janice Cushman. Ms. Cushman will be joining our counseling team for the remainder of the school year .
