Congratulations to the Robious Middle School Teacher of the Year, Mr. Craft. We are grateful for Mr. Craft's hard work and dedication to the students at RMS. He is an awesome role model for our students and does a fantastic job challenging our students while also providing them with the support they need to be successful. Thank you for all you do!
The Scholastic Book Fair will be starting this week and continuing through April 28th. Family shopping night is on Thursday, April 21st from 5-7pm. Parents are invited to set up an ewallet account on our book fair home page. Scroll half way down the page and click on Get Started on the box with "safe, cashless way to shop the fair".
Cash, checks payable to Robious Middle School and credit cards will also be accepted.
There is a wonderful selection of books including many $2.00 books, posters, pencils and other items. This book fair will support our school library and help us add new books to the collection.

Ramadan started Saturday April 02, 2022. Any student that is fasting is able to go to the library during their lunch time.
The 8th Grade Dance is coming up on Friday, May 6th. Excitement is building and we hope all of our 8th graders can attend. Dance tickets will go on sale the week of April 25th. Students will be given a dance permission form this week. We need signatures from both you and your student in order for them to attend the dance. Thanks to the PTSA volunteers who are coordinating our end-of-year 8th grade celebrations! We are looking forward to finishing the year strong and celebrating their RMS success!
A big congratulations to the Raider Winter Guard! The team finished their competitive season on Saturday, April 2 at the Hampton Coliseum earning the Gold Medal in the CGMS class within the Atlantic Indoor Association Circuit! They finished the season undefeated and did so with poise, grace, and good sportsmanship. Way to go Raider Winter Guard!
There is still space in the upcoming virtual Active Parenting of Teens and Tweens Classes. The next class begins Wednesday, April 20th from 6:00-7:30 and meets weekly for five weeks through May 18th. Participants can register at www.chesterfield.gov/889 The fee can be adjusted based on ability to pay.
