The "Back to School" Dance is this Friday (10/21) from 7:00 - 9:00pm. We are encouraging all parents to bring in individually packaged snacks for our dance to be successful. We currently have 6 parent volunteers to chaperone the dance out of a requested 15. We need parents to take tickets, work concessions, monitor (gym) dance floor, monitor hallways, bathrooms, etc. We have less than 10 volunteers total signed up for candy, cookies or chips. Please use the Sign Up Genius on the school web page to donate and/or volunteer.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday during lunch and will be sold Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Permission slips will go out Monday during Roundtable and must be returned along with $3 to purchase a dance ticket.

The Health and Physical Therapy specialty center open house will be at Monacan High School on Monday (10/17) from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
The International Baccalaureate specialty center open house will be at Meadowbrook High School and Midlothian High School on Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
There will be a Spanish Immersion specialty center information meeting on Thursday (10/20) at 1:00 in the forum.
The Humanities specialty center will have an open house on Thursday (10/20) at Monacan High School from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
The boys soccer team will travel to Swift Creek Middle on Monday (10/17) for a make up game. They will then travel to Salem Church Middle on Tuesday (10/18) and will host Matoaca Middle on Thursday (10/20).
The girls basketball team will travel to Salem Church Middle on Tuesday (10/18) and will host Matoaca Middle on Thursday (10/20).
The cross country team will be hosting Tomahawk Creek on Wednesday (10/19).
Intramural basketball will be on Tuesday (10/18) from 3:00 to 5:00pm.
There will be a flag football/handball intramural information meeting on Wednesday (10/19) at 1:00 in room 122.
Biking intramural will be on Wednesday (10/19) from 3:00 to 4:30 pm.
STEAM club will meet on Wednesday (10/19) from 3:00 to 4:00pm in room 383.
All County orchestra is Friday (10/21) and Saturday (10/22).
