- CCPS sent an email to all of our families regarding MAP testing before the first day of school. I would like to stress the importance of these two tests. This is not a test for a grade; however, it is important for us to collect data so that we can measure for gaps and growth and provide the most accurate instruction moving forward.
- The CCPS MAP Landing Page will give you more information about what this assessment is, what to expect when your child is testing, how long the test will take, as well as the opportunity for a practice test. Our plan is to have test sessions available between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily, with two evening sessions scheduled twice each week. Your student can test at any time in the window below.
The assessments will take place as follows:
Aug. 24-28: All reading tests
Aug. 31-Sept. 4: All math tests
Be sure to use the Google meet and phone number provided on the Landing Page if you have any questions.
- As of August 24, you will be able to access your student's schedule for the 20-21 school year through Parent/StudentVue. Please note that schedules are still subject to change. A final schedule will be released on the first day of school. Please stay tuned for more details regarding the release.

School counselors will address the necessary changes starting August 31st when they return to the building. Elective change requests were due April 17.2020. Due to class availability, pre-selected alternate electives may have been used to complete your student's schedule. Requests for specific teachers or accommodations regarding learning pods cannot be honored.
