The Math and Science specialty center open house will be on Monday (10/24) at Clover Hill High School from 6:30 - 7:30pm.

The Information Technology specialty center information night will be on Tuesday (10/25) at Matoaca High School from 6:30 - 7:30pm.

The Leadership and International Relations specialty center open house will be on Wednesday (10/26) at James River High School from 7:00 - 8:00pm.

The boys soccer and girls basketball teams will travel to Elizabeth Davis Middle on Tuesday (10/25).

The cross country team will be traveling to Swift Creek Middle on Wednesday (10/26).

The flag football and handball intramurals will be on Tuesday (10/25), Wednesday (10/26), and Thursday (10/27) mornings from 7:00 - 8:15am. Please meet at door 1.

Basketball intramurals will be on Tuesday (10/25) from 3:00 - 5:00pm.

Biking intramural will be on Tuesday (10/25) from 3:00 - 4:30pm.

Fundraiser update!

Don't forget- turn in day is Tuesday, 10/25. Please bring your orders to school on 10/25. Do you want to go on the Limo Lunch? You only need 10 magazine sales OR 20 sales of other items. (Remember- magazines count 2x towards prizes!)

The Book Nooks will meet in the library on Wednesday (10/26) from 1:00 - 1:30.

The SCA (Student Council Association) will meet on Wednesday (10/26) from 1:00 - 1:30 in the forum.

The STEAM club will meet on Wednesday (10/26) from 3:00 - 4:00pm in room 383.

The girls basketball team has their last regular season home game next Thursday (10/27) against Providence Middle. It will be our annual Pink Out Game! Please wear pink to school this day and come out and cheer on the girls at the game. We, as a school, and team are bringing awareness to cancer with October being Cancer Awareness Month.

All 8th graders will be going on a field trip to Mission Tomorrow on Friday (10/28). Click here for more information.

Coding club will meet on Friday (10/28) from 3:00 - 4:00pm in room 355.

The Scare to Care 5k will be on Sunday, November 6th at 3:00 pm in an effort to raise money for the American Cancer Society. There is no school the day after this event, so…walk, run, just come out and have fun! Participants are encouraged to wear costumes.The online registration fee is $25.00. T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants who register online by Sunday, October 30^th. Registration, from 1:30-2:45 pm, on the day of the event will cost $30.00 and t-shirts are not guaranteed.If you have any questions please ask Mrs. Strayer in room 368.
