Each year at RMS we observe February for Heart Healthy Month. Normally we would put hearts up on the walls in the cafeteria that students decorate with names of those that they know that have experienced heart disease. We normally do this to show the significance of heart disease. This year we will continue the tradition here at RMS but will do it virtually. Each student's roundtable has information on their canvas page about how to participate in this event.
Chesterfield County is offering a parent workshop on suicide awareness and prevention. Click HERE for more information.

NJHS collected so much from the generous community in a warm clothing drive, that we needed 2 CLASSROOMS to store everything! What an amazing job collecting items! With the help of Ms. Casey Stapleton, Kristen Bardaro, Maryn Ray's mother, and the NJHS advisors, we were able to bring all these wonderful blankets, coats, hats, gloves, etc. to Home Again, Friends of the Homeless, Homeward, the Chapel (which has an outreach program), and Celebrations Church, also with an outreach program. Thanks to everyone for the help and support!
Yearbook club is looking for your photos! Starting today we will be having a photo contest each week with new themes! This week’s theme is “Cutest Learning Partner”.
