Wow, I can't believe the first week is already over! It was great having all of our young scholars in the building and beginning their courses!
Chromebook distribution will be on Monday (9/11). Please make sure your student has turned in the Mobile Device Agreement and the $50.00 fee. Without both of these, we cannot hand your student a Chromebook. Also, please help our young scholars charge these devices every night so that they will be ready to use in school everyday.
Backpacks, cellphones, and dress code: Please review the student handbook/agenda with your student. Some of the highlights: Backpacks are not allowed to be carried during the school day, they need to be in lockers, but students are permitted to use a drawstring bag during the school day. Cellphones are not to be seen or heard during the school day. Please secure cellphones in your locker, if you must bring one to school. Remember, no rips, holes, tears, or frays above the knee. It doesn't matter if they are transparent or not. Thank you for your understanding.
Don't forget to join the PTA. Click here for more information. The first meeting is Monday (9/11) at 7:00 pm in the library. All are welcome.
Please do not drive through or park along the front/main entrance during student entrance and dismissal times. Cars obstruct the path of buses.
6th Grade Back to School Night is Tuesday (9/12) from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

There will be a cross country informational meeting on Monday (9/11) from 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the cafeteria. Tryouts will be on Tuesday (9/12), Wednesday (9/13), Thursday (9/14), and Friday (9/15) from 3:00 - 4:30 pm.
Boys soccer tryouts will be on Monday (9/11), Tuesday (9/12), and Wednesday (9/13) from 3:15 - 4:20 pm.
