• Last week of School: June 2 is the last day of school and is a half day for students. There is no school on Friday, June 3.

• Field Day: 8th grade field day is this Thursday, 6/2 on the last day of school. Students will enjoy music, snacks, and fun activities before their final parade through the school and send-off. Field day will take place rain or shine and will be moved inside if required because of weather. Please ensure your student dresses comfortably and appropriately for the weather.

• Awards Ceremony: We will be hosting end of year Awards Ceremonies this year. Parent's of students receiving an award will be invited to the ceremony.

• Transportation Update: In preparation for the 2022-2023 school year, please log into ParentVUe and update your transportation arrangements. The Transportation Department will be working hard over the summer to prepare routes and make arrangements for students.

• The PTSA will hold our last meeting of the year on Wednesday, 6/1 @6:30PM via zoom. This BRIEF meeting is important so we can elect our officers for next year and vote to amend the budget on several line items and approve the summer budget. Please plan to attend to help us with these important votes. Registration is required and information on how to join the call will be sent to you. Click HERE to register

• RSVP Forms: New 2022-23 RSVP forms are now available for students that will be doing volunteer service over summer break. Click HERE to download the form.

• Medication Pickup: If your child has medication in the clinic, don't forget to come in and pick it up. The last day to pick up medication is Tue., June 7. Medication that remains after that date will be disposed of. Please call the school nurse if you have any questions.

• Library News:

All Library books are currently due back to the RMS library. There are no fines but if a book is lost or damaged, there is a replacement fee. Please check with your student to see if they currently have books outstanding.

Students can log into their library account by clicking on the Library catalog on their dashboard, then clicking on My Account on the left side, entering the library card number (student ID) and Pin number (last 4 digits of the ID), then clicking the name on the top right hand corner and checking loans.
