DEATH CULT LEADER:
Weird Morgaena is a resident of the Loft over the bays leading to the turrets and flight decks. She has a glassy bionic eye and a raspy voice.
The crewmen of the flight deck, turrets, and the firemen depend on her to be a midwife, seer, and healer, and obey her to the death. Officers, Captains,
and Rogue Traders are all fine, but they work for her first. She's willing to use her insight or her services for the right price to officers, guests, and passengers,
but for residents of "her" departments she usually helps them for free. She's even willing to sell her services as a messenger using her cyber-raven.
Morgan's psychic focus is a 5 inch disk of wood, warped from age, plus she leaves it exposed to space when she sleeps. (A courier does this,
even during warp transit) She worships the nature spirits of old (the ones who swear fealty and service to the Emperor (its complicated).
Only air and fire respond all the time. Earth and Water only answer when in orbit. Even thought she is technically just an average crewman,
Morgaena always has volunteers that do all her assigned work for her, answer for her at roll call, etc. She is an 11th level unsanctioned psyker.
