Cosmopolitan port (space and navy) off the coast of Ukulam. (first Island, off SE corner of continent) This city is where people launch expeditions into the Wilderness.

City interior contains many pact world races inside, but is surrounded by native enclaves (eldar, lashunta, formian, plus groups seeking profit or knowledge of Castrovel)

OR of people that want the simple life, and band together to make a living in a libertarian way.

City was founded several decades ago, by contractors who bribed the government too build way too close to the preserves of Ukulam.
