This is a fun one about my favorite Man City player, from his POV.
Doku Descriptive POV

I couldn't wait to go to England. A few years ago, I got an offer from Liverpool, but my Belgian teammate Romelu told me to stay at Anderlecht. The tube was leaving in two hours, and my heart was racing like never before. The best club in the world wanted me, a 21-year-old 5'8' winger. I would be like an elephant in a room. I'd never experienced being the baby on the team. I would also be able to play with my idol, Kevin De Bruyne. I would be looking up to everyone. Moving from my home country to England would be hard, and it would be ten times harder playing for the best club in the world, with the best players, and the best managers. How would I fit in?
Soon enough I had a bright yellow taxi waiting for me, with an interviewer and a camera inside. The interviewer asked me intense questions like, "What does it mean to come to such a big club?" and "Are you excited to play with KDB?" I tried to come up with the most humble answers possible so that fans like me. It was hard to answer all these questions because I was really just paying attention to the beautiful car. The nice black leather seats were soothing, and the back warmer felt so pleasant. Also, while I was staring out at the beautiful city of Manchester, I couldn't even think about what would await me at the next steps of my career. From the tall, modern buildings to the fancy restaurants, I couldn't believe my eyes. There was even a 6’5 man with a mustache in the window eating something so extravagant that I didn’t even know it existed.
I kept worrying about communication. I knew a good amount of English, so I could communicate with my team, if I couldn't that would be bad. I think the hardest part of this move would be showing Pep Guardiola who I am. I was a fantastic and decorated winger in France, but the competition and level there would be nothing like it would be here in the historic city of Manchester.
Soon enough, the car arrived. The Abu Dhabi training facility was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. In France, the training facility was like a normal building, not all fancied up. I knew I was at the biggest club in the world now. First, I went to stop by "Studio One" to make an intro video for my welcome. The technology in there was unreal. The pristine black cameras went on to film a man city collage that was being flashed on me by precise projectors. The only welcoming they did for me in France was a photo.
Next, I had to stop by studio two, for an interview. Don't they only need one studio? I answered the questions in the nice leather chair, and then I was told to walk to studio three. A third studio? Are you kidding me? At this studio, I had to take my photos. Yet again, everything was as fine as possible.
After the countless number of studios I went into, I finally got to enter the prestigious building. The second I walked I noticed nicely patterned floors and the crystal-clear staircase. Everything was in order and clean, even the staff members were all so perfectly mannered and helpful. I had to have my medical done, so the team could ensure that I was fit. Once I was directed past a restaurant with countless workers, a gym with flawless training material, and a boot room I finally made it to the room for the medical.
The doctors had the most expensive and shiny tools ever. Once my medical was done, I was ready to get a tour of the training facility. There isn't much to say except everything was beautiful. I couldn't be more happy to be at a new club. Once I started meeting the team, I already felt at home.
Soon enough, I was at my first training session. It was my chance to show the squad who I am and show off a bit to the big players. When I entered the training pitch, even the grass was expensive. The training equipment was perfect. I did a few rounds of El Rondo with my new teammate and friend, Erling, and did a few kick-ups with the boys.
After the session, I already knew that Pep loved me. I headed to the gym and started to chat with my teammates. Erling Haaland was so kind to me, and all the others were true friends.

Weeks after I settled in, Man City made another signing who would also be new to the team. I was guessing that he felt the same way I did, so I tried to get to know him. He turned out to be one of the coolest teammates I’ve ever had. But after all this training I remembered that in a few weeks, I would be at my first City match. Probably on the bench.

The match came, and I was on the bench. The game was against Sheffield United, away. I’d never even heard of the team. I was amazed by how Man City had all the possession in the game. I had never seen such a team dominate a game that much. It was 0-0 by the 60th minute, but then suddenly Erling Haaland was through and scored! I was so happy for him. We were up 1-0, until the 85th minute, when this random player scored. The team was now upset. City knew to fight. The fight is what we did, and three minutes later, Rodri scored a banger. We ended up winning 2-1. Let’s go.

Games went by and I was loved by the City fans. Today was the day we played Bournemouth. I was ready. Once the game started, I immediately started to light up. In the 30th minute, I scored a banger. After that, I got three assists! I was having a game.

Time passed and not only was I having an amazing season, but every pundit and fan loved me. I was an influence to all city fans and everyone on the team was so nice to me. John C Maxwell once wrote, "Change is inevitable. Growth is optional."
