I get it, I get it. We can’t control the weather, but I swear it’s messing with us at this point. We get a super nice day, you know 75 degrees; it’s awesome. The next day is like 52 and rainy. Like can you please just give us consistent nice weather? I can handle a few rainy days, but do you REALLY need to add the bonus of wind and coldness? I don’t think so. Come on, it's May, can we at least have temperatures above 60 consistently? Side note: why is it either disgusting and cold, or blazing hot? It doesn’t make sense.

Also, the fact that the State test catfishes us into thinking that the second part of the ELA test will be short, and then proceeds to give us 2 questions that take lots of thinking, and are not easy to do, is insane. Like the least you could do is give us an easy, warm-up type question. Not write two long paragraphs, and then “Oh yeah! You actually have an essay right now, and it pretty much represents your entire grade, so be ready. And manage your time wisely.” Do they think we are just staring at the wall? This annoys me so much.

Next, can we talk about the fact that the sixth grade has the latest lunch? We are literally the youngest group in the school, and yet we have a later lunch than the seniors (who most get to arrive late) do!!!! It annoys me so much, and I don’t understand why the older the kids are, the earlier the lunch they have. I will happily take 10:55 over 12:45.

Another random thing that gets on my nerves is the size of the desks. I get that they let us carry our backpacks around to help with this, but still. I can’t even fit my binder and Chromebook together on my desk. They are the most unpractical size, it’s crazy. For example, right now as I’m typing this, I have my waterbottle and my chromebook on my desk, and guess what? I wouldn’t be able to fit anything else on it. Frankly, this is NOT the biggest problem at school, but this isn’t called Random Rants for nothing.

Are any of these topics necessarily top problems, well no. But! These problems do tend to get annoying, therefore making it on this page. Next  Random Rants next week!
