I train every day
I need to become strong
I want to be the strongest, and
I did become the strongest
I became too strong
Too strong too strong
Even to kill myself
No one can satisfy me in a fight, after all
I always win with one punch
This poem of mine is based on one of my favorite animes. It's about a hero that always wanted to get strong because he loved fighting. But one day he got so strong that everytime he would fight, he would always win with one punch. His life got so boring after that because no one could satisfy him in a fight. Till this day, he is still looking for an opponent that could match up to his power level.
What I liked throughout the poem was the repetition. In the beginning he liked to use the word strong a lot. By seeing this you could imagine in your head him training and how strong he became.

My favorite thing about this piece is how he wanted something and he ended up being cursed by it and is now unsatisfied. The author does a good job at explaining the plot of One punch man in a few sentences.

I am not into anime at all, but before knowing I wouldn't guess it would be based on one of the author´s favorite anime. To me this poem showed empowerment with yourself. Working for something you are passionate about will eventually pay off.
