A TED talk I would be interested in talking about would be about how music can help you cope with your feelings. Do you think music affects you mentally and physically?
In my opinion I think music has a really big impact in everyone's life, music can affect you in many ways and also help you if you actually sit and think about it. Music can be used to change your mood also affect them physically, perhaps like form my personal experience if i listen to slow and calm music it makes me sleepy and tired, lazy i could even say but in another case if i listen to something more hyped like R&B or even corridos it can change my mood make me more active, even make me want to dance but that's me, maybe calm music can make other people more focus and stay on task that's what i am trying to state that music can be used in difference ways by different people, everyone has their own opinion on the different types of music.
Music can be taken for granted. Music is very important ,and it changes so many things without it the world would be fairly quiet and gloomy. I think music also helps people mentally and also helps you tell how people are doing and feeling mentally. For example, if someone is sad and trying to show that you won't see them listening to music you can dance to at the club or something like that, or if they're joyful, happy they would listen to more upbeat music. Music can tell you more than what you think about another person; it can also allow you to tell if you should check in with someone. I think people should pay more attention to what kind of music others play.
I chose this topic because I thought it was interesting how music can help you in many ways with coping with your feelings and also many other ways. My process writing was really thought of at the beginning because I couldn't figure out what to write about. But then one of my friends helped me figure out what to write about and she mentioned this topic and I thought it was really interesting so I stuck to it.
I agree with your essay that music can affect someone, when I'm listening to certain music I either get lazy or want to be productive. I also agree that people should pay attention to the type of music others listen to, because it can help figure out how someone is feeling.
