Trillions of stars in billions of galaxies within one whole universe is what makes earth itself so veloumarsly unique. Beyond that there are the black holes, super novas, galaxy clashes, and so much more. Things have been aligned for humans to be standing currently and advancing in education and technology.
For millions of years, the earth has been evolving. Earth isn't going to be around forever due to the many things that could destroy earth, but that's millions of years ahead of our time. Even with this, there are so many other questions that are not just questions about life on earth, like that of black holes and how they are formed and found by scientists. Since black holes absorb everything in its path including light, it is just a black area and it can't really be spotted, but scientists have been able to find the location of black holes through the movement of stars and how they spiral into the whole.
Most people think that black holes are the strong vacuums that can destroy just about everything in its path if it's big enough, but that is not the case. It is said that even a black hole that replaces that sun wouldnt be able to destroy earth. Now imagine that, a whole sun which is basically the size of a million earth’s, and that being a black hole. You would definitely think something of that size could easily destroy earth, but because of the pull from gravity all the planets would orbit the black hole as if it were the sun in that same orbit. Black holes can form as equal to 140 million of our sun or it can be as small as an atom.
The main question is, what happens to everything that is absorbed by the black hole? There are many theories revolving around this topic but none have yet to be scientifically proven. What if it was some sort of portal to another galaxy or maybe time slows down within one. There can be so many different ideas which makes black holes so interesting. Figuring something like this out could lead to something greater, it could give us advance information that could be useful.
As time goes on, technology and education will get better, so eventually sometime in the future we are able to learn and observe more about black holes.
When writing about this topic regarding black holes, it has always been a passion of mine to know more about black holes and outer space. Since I was a kid, it has been a fascination of mine since there is so much that we don't know. While writing this essay I started off by talking about space and earth, and then expanded into the idea of black holes and the destruction and theories that revolve around this topic. As the author of this piece I can say that I put a lot of thought and research into it, which led me to learn more about this topic.
