I'm lost don’t know where I'm headed
don’t want to question it
to make me feel better
so many choices to make but yet none to choose
time is running out and I feel the clock ticking
whatever I do I hope I don’t run out time
The inspiration behind this poem is that as I grow older there are more choices I have to make. I feel pressured to decide. But all I hope is whatever my decisions are I hope that I have enough time to make them.
I really like the concept of running out of time and having to make many choices, that you don't know if you are making the right one. I can relate to your piece, being a senior involves making a lot of choices, and decisions, and sometimes I feel like I am running out of time.

I really like the phrase "time is running out and I feel the clock ticking" because time is really going fast and as soon as you know it, you already ran out of time to make your decisions and choices. Nice job!
