We personally loved The Maze Runner by James Dashner because we can relate to it a lot. How? The book shows us a lot of tension, bravery, loneliness and fears. It shows it because Thomas knew the Grievers could easily kill him, but he was willing to sacrifice himself to help the group. We can relate to it because we both went through an experience like that, by risking our lives and trying to save our family members by drowning in the pool when we didn’t know how to swim. Another example is when I had to go into a haunted house first because everyone that went with me was scared even though I was too but I had to step up and be brave so I went in first then right when I got in I got super scared and ran off.
What inspired me to write this was that I could relate to the book and I connected on a lot of those events that were happening in the book and it was kinda similar to my events that happened to me.
This is a great review!! I like the connections you made to the book like sacrificing yourself by going into the haunted house first. The levels of extreme may be different but it´s the ability to connect that matters. I´ve been wanting to read the book´s and i think this just gave me what i needed to start.
