Description:
Shrubs, 1.5-2.5 m tall, branches thick, latex milky. Leaves simple, alternate, to 25 cm long, oblong to spathulate, widened towards the apex, often lobed, acuminate at apex, base attenuate, margins often wavy. Flowers in terminal corymbose stout cymes; peduncle to 15 cm long. Calyx lobes 5, subequal. Corolla 5 cm across, white with yellow centre; lobes 5, obovate, overlapping to the left, obtuse. Stamens 5, attached at the base of the tube.
