Description:
Multi-stemmed, monoecious palms reaching to a height of 8 m. Leaves yellowish-green, 2-3 m long, pinnate; leaflets 40-60 pairs. Inflorescens ca. 1 m long; flowers many. Fruits ovoid, about 1.5 cm across, yellow to purple.
