Description:
Perennial rhizomatous herbs; Leaf shoots 1-1.5 m high. Leaves spiral; lamina 20-25 cm long. Spike terminal, compact. Flowers 5.5-6 cm long. Calyx 0.7-0.8 cm long, cup-shaped, reddish brown, three lobed. Corolla lemon yellow. Labellum 3.5 x 4 cm, tubular, funnel-shaped, lemon yellow, three lobed at apex, midlobe yellow, without stripes; lateral lobes light yellow with reddish brown stripes, glabrous.
