Description:
Trees up to 10 m high, young shoots minutely puberulous to glabrous. Leaves simple, alternate, closely arranged towards the apex of twigs, pandurate, cordate at base, obtuse to shortly acuminate at apex, margin sinuate-entire; basally 7-9 nerved. Fig in axillary pairs, sessile, globose, 2.5-4 cm in diam., green with light green depressed marks; basal bracts by 3, triangular, appressed. Male flowers: sepals 2-3, ovate-lanceolate; stamen solitary with ovoid anther. Female flowers; sepals 3, ovate, obtuse; style short with papillate stigma.
