Pulling/TRacking Product for Wholesale from O+O

Comp Reasons

• Brewery Sales - Brewery entertaining and gifting

• Wholesale Sales - Wholesale entertaining, gifting, and samples

Pulling product from Shopify

• ALL product pulls MUST be processed by the Shop to ensure accurate inventory tracking

  • *This includes any merch items that are not already allocated to Wholesale

  • @TheShop - Deposit fees do not need to be applied to these transactions

• Transactions must be processed under the employees account / email address

• The sales team member needs to confirm if the product is for Brewery Sales or Wholesale Sales (100% discount)

  • A note can be added at checkout / Ex. account or event name

• If the shop is closed in Gowanus a bartender or manager can and MUST ring you through Shopify. If they are unfamiliar with the process please direct them here and let them know the correct codes to use

• At the end of the month, Bev Ops will pull a report and transfer the COGS from the correct locations back to "Brewery"

*Shipping & deliver requests will use the same discounts and will be pulled in the report with all comped orders

Pulling Product From Square

• Comp tabs at our bars must also be processed with Brewery Sales or Wholesale Sales (100% discount)

• If an event is scheduled, FOH staff must me notified and instructed to use the correct/appropriate discount/comp. 

• At the end of the month, Bev Ops will pull a report and transfer the COGS from the correct locations back to "Brewery"
