Our shipper accounts:

• Beer - UPS | Account #: RW2202

  • Use for shipments with Beer & Wine only, for all regular orders and public tastings

  • Purchase “Adult signature required”

  • Add UPS 21+ stickers to box

  • Add Fragile stickers to box

  • If this account is used and the steps above aren’t followed UPS will return the package and fine us.

• Wine - UPS | Account #: R75Y87

  • Use for shipments with Beer & Wine only, for all regular orders and public tastings

  • Purchase “Adult signature required”

  • Add UPS 21+ stickers to box

  • Add Fragile stickers to box

  • If this account is used and the steps above aren’t followed UPS will return the package and fine us.

• Shopify - UPS 

  • Use only for orders:

    1. With only merch and/or food (no alcohol)

    2. Use for Private (not Public) Tastings outside of our current UPS allowed states (make sure the shopify product doesn't mention alcohol or beer anywhere, even in Product Type)

  • Purchase “Signature required” for tastings containing beer, not Adult signature required

  • Do NOT use UPS 21+ sticker on the box

  • Add Fragile stickers to box if necessary

• Non-alcohol - UPS | Account #: EE4580 (backup for tastings)

  • Use only for orders:

    1. Use for Private (not Public) Tastings outside of our current UPS allowed states (make sure the shopify product doesn't mention alcohol or beer anywhere, even in Product Type)

    2. With only merch and/or food (no alcohol) if Shopify UPS is down

  • Do NOT purchase any signatures

  • Do NOT use UPS 21+ sticker on the box

  • Add Fragile stickers to box if necessary

• FedEx

  • Use only for any regular orders, Public Tastings, or samples that aren't covered by UPS states

  • Purchase “Adult signature required”

  • Do NOT use UPS 21+ sticker on the box

  • Add Fragile stickers to box if necessary

• GIO Express

  • Use for all shipments that fall under this account 

  • Shipping lead time is 1-4 days

  • Do NOT use UPS 21+ sticker on the box

  • Add Fragile stickers to box if necessary

• When purchasing and printing labels ALWAYS default to using our UPS accounts. 

• The correct shippers can be found on the Shipping Plan sheet in the Shipper column after formulas are added.

Switching between shipper accounts in Shopify

UPS

You can switch between UPS accounts in Shipping Accounts and Integrations

• Select Manage Carriers

• Select Edit next to UPS

  • If switching to Shopify’s UPS 

    • select Shopify’s UPS account 

    • select Submit

  • If switching between our Beer and Wine UPS accounts

    • Enter the account you’d like to ship to in the Account/Shipper number field

    • Make sure Your UPS account is selected

    • Follow the instructions to verify our invoice

    • Select Submit

• Always double check you are in the right account before purchasing labels

Fedex labels must be purchased manually
