EVENT MANAGER:
put up signage on doors and chalkboard " Welcome *host's name goes here* " sign on music stand next to Yard door.
check in with kitchen & put up food par sign
set up speaker outside with microphone, if needed
put on host's Spotify playlist with connection to speaker from audio cage
key in POS intructions
EVENT SERVERS:
set up catering table in between T53 & T54 and other tables according to floorplan
polish # similar sized plates + # forks/knives
gather tablecloths and set up buffets with risers, signage, plates, and Bev naps
wipe down tables
scatter menus
EVENT BARTENDER:
set up bar & stock as needed and set up server station with trays and spike
assist with set up of the rest of the space
set up Yard bar menus on clipboards on the bar
EVENT SUPPORT:
assist bartender in setting up + stocking the bar
set up two water stations and stock with plastic cups

BREAKDOWN:
Servers: Clear buffet, dispose of dirty linens in kitchen, and reset furniture to normal yard layout. Put any unused plates + silverware in kitchen, Bev naps behind the MB. Risers and food signs in the events office.
Bartender & Event Support: Shut down bar or transfer to incoming Yard bartender. Assist servers in resetting the space for regular service.
