YARD BAR SET UP

Supplies Checklist:

• bus tub of bar tools: jiggers, peeler, bar mats, squeeze bottles, liquor pourers, shaker cups, Hawthorne strainer, bar spoon

• wine stoppers

Instructions to set up the Yard Bar:

• Bus tub with bar tools is in the beer trough.

• Turn on CO2 gas (to the left of the ice bin).

• Take the nipples off the taps & put in water cup. Make sure taps are labeled correctly.

• Stock rags.

• Put folded rag to the right of the taps. Stock 16 oz cups and 9 oz cups there for easy access.

• Put folded rag to the left of the taps. Stock 12 oz cups for slushies there.

• Have barback fill slushie machine with juices. Turn on.

• Open paper umbrellas and put in pitcher for quick access.

• Turn on light in fridge.

• Stock selected cans either in fridge (winter) or in beer trough (summer)

• Stock selected bottled beer in fridge.

• Display one of each beer can or bottle on shelf above trough

• Check cabinet above shelving for liquor for speed rail and wine selections.

• Get well liquor for Standard Bar Package or Beverage Minimum:

  • • Arette Tequila; Misguided Spirts Gin; Misguided Spirits Whiskey; Aloo Vodka; Cruzan Rum, Triple Sec; Sweet & Dry Vermouth; Campari

• Get premium liquor for Premium Bar Package:

  • • Jameson Irish Whiskey; Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey; Ketel One OR Tito's Vodka; Hendrick's Gin; Espolon Tequila; Gosling's Rum; Sweet & Dry Vermouth; Triple Sec; Campari; Aperol

• Get two to three bottles of each wine, if needed, wine stoppers, Prosecco stopper and wine key. White, Sparkling, Orange/Rose go in fridge. Red on the left hand side of bar top. Check menus for available selections.

• Stock juices (lemon; lime) and put into squeeze bottles.

• Get glass "water bottles" from shelf in server station and label. Fill with Seltzer; Ginger Ale; Coke; Diet Coke; Sprite; & Tonic OR stock soda cans.

• Get garnishes from MB: lime wedges, lemon wedges, whole orange; whole lemon.

• Set up bar mat on bar with garnishes and juices.

• Fill ice bin. Make sure ice scoop is there.

• Fill ice trough.

• Fill sani bucket with hot sani.

• Put POS on top of bar. Wipe down. Make sure cords are untangled. Check printer.

• Put credit card box within easy reach underneath counter.

• Have shaker cups or glasses ready for receipts and make sure you have plenty of pens.

• Put up chalkboard menu (if applicable).

• Put printed Yard Bar menus on easels on bar top.

• Take down large "Order Inside" sign.

• Put up "Beer" "Wine" "Cocktails" "Slushies" signs.

• Communicate with barback about anything you are running low on and/or need throughout the event.

Drink Packages (These will be listed on the contract under "Beverages"):

Beverage Minimum Spend: Minimum can be satisfied with a la carte drink purchases (cash bar or one tab covered by the host)

• They can order absolutely anything off of the menu. Shots included.

• A custom menu is there for guidance and suggestions for the guests. You should have a fully stocked bar.

Unlimited Beer Package: Rotating Selection of Threes Draft Beer

• Only Threes drafts. No Cans, unless it’s in the Studio or Yard. No friends beers.

• If the guest wants wine or liquor, they have to pay separately.

• N/A drinks are included.

Unlimited Beer & Wine Package: Rotating Selection of Threes Draft Beer + 1 Red, 1 White, and 1 Sparkling Wine

• This includes Threes drafts only. No cans, unless it’s in the Studio or Yard. No friends beers.

• Wine is just one red, white, and prosecco. No rose. No orange.

• If the guest wants liquor, they have to pay separately.

• N/A drinks are included.

Unlimited Standard Full Bar Package: Rotating Selection of Threes Draft Beer + 1 Red, 1 White, and 1 Sparkling Wine + Full Standard Open Bar and Classic Cocktails

• This includes Threes drafts only. No cans. No friends beers.

• Wine is one red, one white, & prosecco. No rose. No orange.

• House liquors: Arette Tequila; Aloo Vodka; Misguided Spirits Gin; Cruzan Rum; Misguided Spirits Whiskey

• Classic Cocktails: margarita; old fashioned; one and one cocktails

• No specialty cocktails included and must be purchased separately from the Main Bar.

• No shots are included and must be purchased separately.

• N/A drinks are included.

Unlimited Premium Full Bar Package : Threes Draft & Packaged Beer + Complete Wine Selection + Full Premium Open Bar and Classic Cocktails

• This includes Threes drafts, cans, and bottles. No friends.

• Every wine is available. All whites, reds, oranges, sparkling, and rose.

• Premium liquors are: Ketel One or Tito’s Vodka; Jameson Irish Whiskey; Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whiskey or Four Roses; Hendrick’s Gin; Espolon Tequila; Gosling's Rum

• All classic cocktails: margarita; old fashioned; martinis, manhattans, negronis, etc.

• No specialty cocktails included and must be purchased separately from the Main Bar.

• Shots are not included and must be purchased separately.

• N/A drinks are included.
