We need to start maintaining this log during our shifts at the front door and in the Yard, to ensure compliance with the SLA and DOH at this time. Please print this form and stay on it.
Please see the attached sanitization log. We need to start using this today, and have current and previous logs on hand in case of inspection.
The protocol is easy: once an hour the person working the front door will sanitize the 4 areas listed with sanitizer and a rag, and initial the log. If someone is covering for that person, then they will do it in that moment. Same goes for the host stand Thurs-Sun, and daily at the front door in Greenpoint.
The pages should be three-hole punched and kept in the "Bible" at each location/space.
