Rotating on weekly (every Wednesday after that week's beers are transferred), table tents are the plastic frames on each table in the main bars of Gowanus and Greenpoint.
Typically, table tents will feature 2 beers and 1 events/spaces related thing. The monthly schedule is created by Marketing and can be found here under the "Table Menus" tab.
Each week, Marketing will send the MODs any new art and what the table tents should be switched out to. Mangers are expected to print their own new artwork for however many tables they have.
When swapping out the previous week's signage, the MOD should save the table menus for recurring beers and features instead of throwing them away.
To create table menus, the Canva file can be found here.
There are many framed images in Greenpoint, which should be swapped out seasonally to stay fresh and ensure that they are updated. The Marketing Team will design respective artwork for these frames and seek approval from the GM and VP of Hospitality.
There are two acrylic cling frames in the front entrance of Gowanus that should be rotated to feature current offerings and whatever we are trying to push. Ideas for what can go in these frames include: upcoming events, a reminder about the backyard, private event booking features, etc. Marketing will plan this rotating signage at the top of each month, with the aim of swapping out signs on a weekly basis.
Clipboards should feature all upcoming events, and be rotated by the Marketing team on an as-need basis.
