OOC Details:

Logical Conclusion - 45 days

All Or Nothing - 60 days

Vliet - 90 days

SFY - 60 days

• Upon receipt from Union, please check the date for each Vliet/Logical keg/case that arrives to make sure they are not OOC. This is the responsibility of the person accepting the delivery at each location.

• If you receive kegs/cases that are OOC for Vliet/Logical/SFY, please reject them on the spot and send an email to Lisa, Rob, and Mike about the issue. 

• The person receiving the delivery at each location is responsible for sending an email to Lisa, Rob, and Mike noting the batch date for Vliet/Logical/SFY kegs/cases that were delivered. 

  • This should be a short email listing the delivery date, batch date by brand, and package type.

  • BrewOps/BevOps will move this info into an Incoming Delivery Log on the Threes drive for reference.

  • All keg collars should be checked.

  • You can spot check 1-2 cases - you do not need to check all 4-packs.

• Batch date for Vliet, Logical and SFY kegs should be listed on the Draft Inventory List all to be updated weekly.

• FIFO! 

• If you receive kegs that are within the OOC date, but the quality is not up to our standards, please email the brewers and they will advise on next steps. Please cc Lisa, Rob, and Mike on these requests. Quality before everything!

• If there are any other issues with kegs - no collar, wrong SKU, etc., please email details to Lisa and Rob and we will look into it for you.

• All inventory received should be adjusted/accepted in Shopify.
