To request a delivery or shipment for a wholesale account:
Email Alyssa and Rob at ecommerce@threesbrewing.com and include:
Name and Address of Wholesale Account
Name and phone number for person at the wholesale account who will receive the delivery/shipment
Date and time that the delivery or shipment needs to arrive by, or window it needs to be delivered in.
When Justin reaches out by email to request a wholesale delivery or shipment, do the following to create the order in Shopify so it ends up in the Shipping or Delivery Plan google sheet:
Reach out to James/Inventory Team:
Confirm that the requested items and desired quantities are available to allocate for wholesale purposes
Login to Shopify > Orders
Click “Create Order” in the upper right corner
Under the “Find or add customer” field, search for the existing wholesale account, or click “Create a New Customer”
Be sure to enter the relevant delivery or shipping address along with the name and phone number of the intended recipient. This is who will be texted or called by our delivery team/UPS.
Add Items and Notes
Add existing products, or if single cans are requested, add the “on premise” single-can item
PLEASE NOTE: If a custom item needs to be created, please manually reduce the inventory of existing items in shopify to ensure inventory is fully accounted for. Direct any questions to James.
Add to the Note field:
Comp discount reason (for example, “Delivery to Olmstead (Wholesale account)”
Instructions and deadlines for the delivery team (Date & time for delivery, requires printed invoice included with delivery, etc.)
Apply 100% discount to the whole order
Under the Tags field in the bottom right corner, add the following tags – these MUST be added or the order will not show up in the Ecommerce Team Delivery/Shipping Plans:
“Comp”
“Manual”
“Delivery” or “Shipping”
If the order is being delivered in NYC, Long Island, or Westchester counties choose Delivery
If the order is being shipped choose Shipping
“Wholesale”
Click “Mark as Paid” to create order
Confirm the order is showing up in the Delivery/Shipping Plans
Request or wait to receive an invoice from Justin, print and include with the order when delivered (if applicable)
